Aptos Foundation’s Payment Grants supports teams reimagining how money moves. With up to $150,000 in milestone-based funding, the program backs builders creating wallets, APIs, compliance layers, and infrastructure that enable fast, low-cost, programmable payments on Aptos.

The Application Process
Payment Grants follow a clear, milestone-based process-

Review
Applications are evaluated on an ongoing basis. Some applicants may be invited to a short call. -
Approval & Agreement
Selected teams complete identity verification and sign a grant agreement. -
Funding & Growth

Who can apply?
We welcome applications from small teams, enterprises, academic and research groups, and non-profit organizations.
Projects involving illicit trade, money laundering, pornography, or illegal activity are not eligible. “Restricted persons” as defined by our Terms of Use are also ineligible.
Can I apply if I’ve already raised funding?
What additional support comes with a Payment Grant?
What if my project isn’t payments-specific?
If your project isn’t payments-specific, consider an Ecosystem Grant or a Consumer Grants. Early-stage teams without an MVP should begin with Builder Programs like hackathons or Aptos Assembly.
