Aptos Assembly: From Prototype to Product in Four Weeks

An Aptos Foundation program, Assembly unites builders, mentors, and ecosystem partners to focus, build, and launch products that move real value on Aptos.
Why Assembly
The name says it all. Aptos Assembly brings the right people together – founders, developers, and mentors – to turn strong ideas into real products built for scale.
Through a focused four-week sprint, each cohort works side by side with Move experts, product leaders, and the Aptos Foundation team to test ideas, refine scope, and ship user-ready products.
Who It Is For
Aptos Assembly is built for early-stage founders who are ready to take their ideas or hackathon projects to the next level. This includes:
-
Founders with early concepts or existing hackathon projects seeking mentorship, structure, and deeper integration into the Aptos ecosystem.
-
Aspiring technical and non-technical builders transitioning from Web2 or starting their first business.
-
Builders with prior success who are now launching a new project at the MVP stage.
-
Hackathon winners and early builders looking for community, accountability, and guidance to turn prototypes into products.
What You’ll Get
Assembly is about product, not theory. Over four weeks, you’ll:
-
Work with specialized mentors including Move developers, product PMs, and domain experts.
-
Join weekly product reviews with clear, actionable feedback.
-
Follow a structured path from problem validation to a polished v1.
-
Access go-to-market and compliance support
-
Connect to Aptos ecosystem resources grants, residencies, partners, and distribution.
-
Present your MVP at Demo Day to Aptos Foundation stakeholders, investors, and ecosystem leaders.
Program Breakdown
-
The Assembly Sprint (week 1): Validate your problem and user, scope your MVP (and what not to build), and prototype your first integrations on Aptos.
-
Guided Execution (weeks 2 -4): Meet weekly with mentors to advance development, refine go-to-market plans, and align with ecosystem services like on/off-ramps, infra, and compliance.
-
Demo Day (Week 5): Showcase your work to Aptos Foundation stakeholders, investors, and ecosystem members.
Funding & Support
Aptos Assembly is the on-ramp to the wider Aptos builder ecosystem. Teams that complete the program and present at Demo Day may receive up to $50K in non-dilutive, milestone-based grant funding. They also gain priority access to accelerator programs, along with ongoing product, DevRel, and ecosystem support.
