FAQs

Who can apply?

We welcome applications from small teams, enterprises, academic and research groups, and non-profit organizations.

Projects involving illicit trade, money laundering, pornography, or illegal activity are not eligible. “Restricted persons” as defined by our Terms of Use are also ineligible.

How much support is available?

Eligible projects can receive up to 1,000 APT per month to cover user gas fees.

Do I need to use a specific partner?

Yes. Projects are onboarded with approved partners (currently Kana, Shinami) who enable Sponsored Transactions.

How are credits distributed?

Credits are allocated monthly through your chosen partner and are based on your project’s transaction activity.

What if my project isn’t ready?

Gas Station Credits are intended for dApps already live on Aptos Mainnet. Early-stage projects should consider Builder Programs like hackathons or Aptos Assembly to gain traction before applying.
